Carolyn Triplett Pearman, 83, of Roanoke, Va., went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 31, 2019. Carolyn was born in Danville, Va. on August 9, 1936 a daughter of the late James Oscar Triplett and Minnie McNichols Triplett. Carolyn graduated from Brosville High Scholl class of 1954 and Ferrum College. She received a grant from the Kennedy Foundation to study Special Education. She worked for many years at Radiology Associates in Roanoke. She was a member of Anderson Chapel United Methodist Church. Carolyn married her college sweetheart, Kenneth Robert Pearman on October 19, 1957 who passed the past April. Although she and Ken had no children, they had many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that they loved as if they were their own. Survivors include a sister, Jean Graham. In addition to her husband, two brothers and four sisters predeceased her. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at 2 p.m. at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel conducted by Mr. Tom Blair. Interment will follow in the Anderson Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home and at other times at the residence of Keith and Stephanie Moore, 1053 Stony Mill Rd.
