Patricia Lee Beach Curtis, 63, of 316 Parkway Dr., Danville, Va., went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Mrs. Curtis was born in Danville, Va., on August 11, 1956, a daughter of the late Ernest David Beach Sr. and Shirley Lowery Beach of Danville, Va. She spent all of her life in the Danville area where she was a receptionist for WAKG and WBTM until her retirement in 2003. She was a faithful member of Faith Memorial Baptist Church where she was a member for over 30 years and was a member of the Bible Study Fellowship and was involved with many Bible Study groups in the community. On November 16, 1973, she married Randy Lee Curtis who survives of the residence. In addition to her loving husband and mother, Patricia is survived by her children, Kristy Lee Curtis of Danville, Va., Ken David Curtis (Brandy) of Union Hall, Va., and Kellee Curtis Davis (Kevin) of Halifax, Va.; grandchildren, Lily Curtis, Maggie Davis, Carson Davis, and Taylor Davis; sister, Dianne Guilliams (Earl) of Danville, Va.; brothers, David Beach (Teresa) of Danville, Va., Norman Beach of Chatham, Va., and Michael Beach (Trish) of Keeling, Va.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, JoAnn Mansfield. Patricia was a dedicated Christian, a devoted wife, a loving momma and a spoiling granny who will truly be missed by all that knew her. A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Faith Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Seth Lackey, the Rev. Daniel Lackey, and the Rev. Delton Agnor (who performed their wedding ceremony) officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday night, November 16, 2019, (their 46th wedding anniversary) at the church from 6 until 8 p.m. and at other times will be at the residence, 316 Parkway Drive, Danville, VA 24541.
