In coordination with the local rotary clubs, four Taiwanese young professionals arrived on Wednesday as part of the Rotary Group Study Exchange program. Throughout their stay in Danville, they’re touring different areas, ranging from the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research to the YMCA and the Launch Place. On Friday, the group started their day at Averett University to talk about their academic offerings and international student population before moving on to a tour of the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History. The group will be in town until Sunday when they head off to explore the Roanoke area.
