Alana Baker and Joshua Osborne were married May 4, 2019 at Pelham United Methodist Church in Pelham with Rev. Nathan Webb officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jay and Jana Baker of Pelham. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a doctorate in Rhetoric, Writing, and Professional Communication. She is employed as English faculty at Rockingham Community College.
The groom is the son of Brad and Patte Osborne of Eden. He is completing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Information Systems from East Carolina University. He is employed as a computer support specialist in Technology Support Services at Rockingham Community College.
The bridesmaids were Heather Price, serving as the maid of honor, and Shana Dalton. Both are cousins of the bride. The flower girl was Harper Osborne, niece of the groom.
The best man was Ryan Osborne, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brad Osborne, father of the groom, and Spencer Osborne, brother of the groom.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore an ivory lace gown and her mother’s wedding veil. She carried a bouquet of white wisteria, roses, and ivy.
Music was presented by Bambi Holland, pianist, and Logan Webb, soloist.
The reception was held at the Pelham Community Center.
The couple will take a honeymoon trip to Savannah and will reside in Greensboro.
