Celebrating our 1 year anniversary. Ronnie Petty and Angela Jones-Petty were married in holy matrimony on July 1, 2017 at Bibleway Cathedral in Danville, Va with Pastor, Elder Tyrone Rose from Richmond, Va, officiating.
Her Matron of Honor was Jacqueline Graham-Teal. Her maids-of-honor were Adrienne Jones and Keshia Davis. Her bridesmaids included Antrice Petty, Patricia Thompson, Beth Hayes, Phelisha Rose, and Tina Rose. The groom’s best man was Elder Calvin White. His groomsmen included Robert Freeman, Tim Hines, Franky Traynham, Albert Lee, John Jones, Tony Gunter, and Lavelle Jones/Reginald Graham-Teal.
The bell ringer was Gabriel Graham-Teal. The Bible bearer Shade’ Flannagan. The ring bearer was Braylen Kirby. The flower girl was Makayla Davis. The bride’s mother, Barbara Jones, walked her down the aisle. Angela sung the song to her husband while coming up the aisle, The One He Kept for Me, by Maurette Brown. Pastor Joyce Wright wrote a poem, Elder Sallie Johnson performed the Unity Rope, Bishop Betty Middleton, Presiding Bishop from Bronx, NY performed the washing of feet and communion, and Elder Hendryl Harrell performed the Unity Cross. Their pastors, Elder Melvin Logan and Vice-Bishop Mandoria Hayes conducted the prayer. Other songs that were sung were, The Prayer, We’re Gonna’ make It, I Love you Lord Today, and The Lord’s Prayer. Ronnie and Angela said their own vows to each other. It was a highly anointed service.
The beautiful cake was decorated by Knyla Harris of Unique Creations and photography was by Sheree Beard, Lyfe through Lenz Photography. The wedding programs were done by Reverend Doris Morrison. The couple usedWandWLimo services. The couple spent their Honeymoon and one year anniversary on the Carnival Cruise to the Bahamas.
