NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE 1148 Winesap Road, Madison Heights, VA 24572 By virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substituted Trustee by certain deed of trust dated April 21, 2016 and recorded in DEED BOOK 1294 PAGE 55-65, transferred in DEED BOOK 1314 PAGE 737, among the land records of Amherst County, Virginia, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Amherst County Circuit Court, 113 Taylor St., Amherst, VA 24521 on: February 26, 2020 at 2:45 o'clock p.m. All that certain tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Elon Magisterial District of Amherst County, Virginia, fronting on Winesap Road, S.R. 675 containing 2.302 acres and designated as Lot 2 as shown on plat of survey entitled "PLAT SHOWING LOT 2, 2.302 ACRES AND LOT 3, 2.160 ACRES CUT OFF THE LAND STANDING IN THE NAME OF LINWOOD L. ALLEN (D.B. 818, PG. 747) AND RECONFIGURATION OF LAND STANDING IN THE NAME OF LINWOOD L. ALLEN INVESTMENTS, INC. (D.B. 695, PG. 570) WITH APPURTENANT DRAINFIELD & ACCESS EASEMENTS", prepared by James C.
