NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE 15881 Mount Cross Road, Dry Fork, Virginia 24549 In execution of that certain deed of trust in the original principal amount of $115,800.00 dated January 21, 2015 and recorded among the land records of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 150000258 and subsequent modifications or re-recordings, if any, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Pittsylvania County Circuit Court (VA), One North Main Street, Chatham, Virginia, 24531 on: July 3, 2019 @ 02:30 PM The property described in said deed of trust located at the above street address, and more particularly described as: That certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.674 acres, fronting on Mt. Cross Road SR 844(30` R/W) as shown on survey of the property of Ricky Bray at 15881 Mt. Cross Road, Dry Fork, dated December 28, 2014, made by Donald B. Abele to be recorded in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, and BEING, IN FACT, the same property conveyed to Ricky Irvin Bray, Jr., and Ashley Bray, husband and wife, from Karen W. Reynold by Deed Dated January 19, 2015, to be recorded in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office. TERMS OF SALE: Cash or certified funds. A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the successful bid price, payable in cash or by certified or cashier's check to the undersigned will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Terms of sale to be complied with within 14 days from date of sale or deposit will be forfeit and property will be resold at costs of defaulting purchaser.
