Trustee's Sale of 136 Clark Street Brookneal, Virginia 24528 In execution of a Deed of Trust dated June 28, 2005, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Campbell County, as Instrument Number 050005435, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: ALL THOSE certain lots or parcels of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Town of Brookneal, Campbell County, Virginia, containing 1.337 Acres (previously erroneously omitted from instrument number 050005435) all more particularly shown and described on plat of survey made by Willard T. Sigler, L.S., of Berkley Howell & Assoc., P.C., Engineers/Surveyors/Planners, Lynchburg, VA. dated July 14, 1998, entitled: "Physical Improvements Resurvey of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block H (erroneously referred to has half), Oak Grove Addition and Additional Parcel in Rear, Town of Brookneal, Campbell County, Virginia", attached to a certain deed of trust dated July 17, 1998 from the grantor herein to secure payment to Crestar Mortgage Corporation, which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Campbell County, Virginia in Deed Book 919 at Page 813. Sale shall take place on October 22, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building, Campbell County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold "as is" without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale. The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted.
