The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the main entrance of the Circuit Court for Campbell Co. located at 732 Village Highway, Rustburg, VA 24558-0007 on: September 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of That certain tract or parcel of land, together with any buildings and improvements thereon and any appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Flat Creek Magisterial District, Campbell County, Virginia and being parcel "A" containing 1.37 acres as shown on a Plat of Survey dated June 1, 1999, entitled "Plat Showing Single Lot Division, Flat Creek District, Campbell County, VA", made by William R. Reeves, JR., L.S., which said Plat of Survey is attached to and recorded with the next-below described deed for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. This being the same property conveyed unto Robert Ramos and Cherise L. Ramos, husband and wife, by deed dated June 10, 1999 from Tony Wayne Martin, Sr., and of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 968, page 763, and as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust. TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold "AS IS," WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights of way, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust to be announced at the time of sale.
