GOP delegate assails care act’s effect on his business

In the weekly Virginia Republican address, Del. Edward T. Scott, R-Madison, said the Affordable Care Act recently hit home for his small business.

Scott, whose district includes Madison, Orange and most of Culpeper County, is a partner in EcoSeptix Alliance, a business focused on the operation and maintenance of septic systems.
