ROANOKE — Averett extended its winning streak to three games with a 3-0 victory over Hollins University on Friday.
Kerrie Fallen and Karen Endresen scored the Cougars’ first two goals and Halifax County High grad Kirsten Marvin added an unassisted goal on a rebound late in the game. Freshman goalkeeper Samantha Lupo made six saves.
