Three charged with taking farm equipment

Farm items worth about $1,600 were taken from 207 Belthrop Road, the Rockingham Sheriff’s Office said.
Arrested were: Craig LaMont Fountain, 35 of 1503 Vance St. in Reidsville; Jeffery Kaylor, 25, of 118 Justine Drive, Reidsville; and Kutia Donyetta Russell, 26, of 219 Gretna St. in Danville Va.
Each was charged with felony attempt to obtain property by false pretense and have $10,000 bails. Their court date is Aug. 8.
Deputy Mike Mitchell received a call of larceny at the address. The caller advised the suspects were traveling in a black Toyota truck toward the Price Road in Eden, the sheriff’s office said.
A description of the suspect vehicle was given to Eden police, and an officer stopped the truck on Friendly Road. Fountain, Russell and Kaylor were in the truck and told authorities the items belonged to a relative, and they were taking them to be sold for their metal value.
The items included welder, bush hog, welding leads, welder, generator, air hose, angle drill, air tool, air sander and tractor plow.

Friendly Road...hmmmmm...Sounds like quick cash for drug money.
