Darrel Delane Thomas, 40, of Stokesdale, was arrested Tuesday on charges of statutory rape involving a child older than 6 years, indecent liberties with a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the Rockingham Sheriff’s Office said.
Bail was set at $250,000, and Thomas is in the Rockingham County Jail. The case is ongoing.

Now this is a person who should serve time in jail. Lock the doors and throw away the key. I don’t beleive sex offenders will ever learn their lesson.
If the justice system ever lets these people out of jail another child will be raped. Peotect our children!
