Reidsville police arrest man accused of taking copper wire

Reidsville police say they caught a local man in the act of taking copper wire from the fenced yard at Duke Energy at 2119 Freeway Drive. Officers charged Jerry Call Jr., 34, of 904 Wentworth St. with misdemeanor larceny. Call’s court date is Oct. 29.
