MARTINSVILLE — The Martinsville Police provided surveillance photos taken during a Tuesday night convenience store robbery.
The photos show the suspect entering Price’s Minute Market, 405 Bridge St., shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, his face covered by a red bandanna.
He produced a handgun and robbed the clerk at gunpoint, according to a news release.
Police said the suspect fled on foot to an underpass beneath a railroad bridge on Bridge Street.
The suspect was wearing a black hooded coat, dark colored pants and black shoes. Police said there are no known witnesses to the crime, and no one was injured in the incident.
