Sewer installation on Riverside to close lane

The westbound right lane of Riverside Drive, from Piedmont Drive to Fairview Avenue, will be closed today for sewer installation.
The lane will be closed from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. until the project is completed, according to the Danville Public Works Department.
City engineer Kent Shelton said he anticipates the installation will be completed by Oct. 17.
