Police: pizza hut robbed Thursday night

Danville police are looking into a Thursday night robbery at Pizza Hut on Piney Forest Road.
An employee told police that two suspects entered the store around 9:23 p.m. wearing ski masks and demanded money. According to a statement from the police department, they took an undisclosed amount of cash and “personal effects” from two customers in the restaurant. There were no injuries. An employee described the suspects as one 5 foot 7 inch black male, about 150 pounds wearing a black t-shirt, a white long sleeve shirt and black jeans and the other as a 5 foot 10 inch black male about 145 pounds wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dirty blue jeans, and carrying a handgun.
