The U.S. Marshals Service has apprehended Christoper Lee Wharton, 17, of Danville in connection with the March 16 murder of 26-year-old Heath Clark Alloway of Martinsville. Alloway was shot at his house on Erwin Street in Martinsville, according to police. Wharton was captured in the Upper Marlboro area of Prince George County, Md.
