QUESTION: “The Today Show” and the national news were both talking about
wanting women to sign up for cancer research. I missed the e-mail address to register. Can you help?

ANSWER: I did some checking and found the Web site you are looking for. It is http://www.armyofwomen.org. Basically, The Dr. Susan Love Foundation has teamed up with Avon to create a movement called “Army of Women.”

The goal is to get as many women as possible to sign up for the “army” so that scientists studying breast cancer will have easier access to a pool of potential participants for research. All women are encouraged to sign up. You will then be notified if a study is going on nearby that you would meet the qualifications for.
For more information, contact Army of Women at (866) 59-0388.
